Holds a B.Sc (Accounting) and is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also distinguished member of Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, An expert in financial and accounting matters.
He has worked in several Companies, where he distinguished himself as accomplished account and tax administrator. These include National Oil (ConOil), Kogi State Government and some other International Organisations.
